Women, Infants & Children (WIC) works to safeguard the health of eligible women, infants, & children up to age 5 who are at nutritional risk. The program provides nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health care. WIC helps pregnant women, breastfeeding moms, new moms with babies under six months old, and children up to five years old.
