About this clinic

This service provides nutritional education to women (pregnant, postpartum and breast-feeding), infants, and children to age 5. Through this federally funded program, participants receive vouchers to exchange for food items at participating vendors. Eligibility is determined by category, residence, income and medical nutritional risk. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
