About this clinic
WIC is a nutrition program that helps families feed their children healthy foods. WIC provides nutrition information, healthy foods , and help accessing health care to moderate to low-income families. The program is available to families with pregnant women, new mothers, and children under the age of five.

Nicole Green: Hello, My name is Nicole Green and I am the Grants Specialist for The Necessary Nurse Community Concierge Services (TNNCCS), a 501(c)(3) health care organization based in Mesa, Arizona led by our Founder and Director, Candice Kemp, M.A., Ed., RN-BSN, MSN(c).The purpose of WIC CIAO is to assist WIC State and local agencies, including Indian Tribal Organizations (ITOs), and nonprofit entities and organizations including community-based organizations, and nonprofit organizations chartered under the Tribal law of a state or federally recognized Tribe to develop, implement, and evaluate innovative outreach strategies to increase WIC awareness, participation, redemption of benefits, and reduce disparities in program delivery.
