About this clinic

The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a short-term intervention program designed to promote good nutrition and healthful behaviors for those who participate. Funding for the WIC Program comes from the US Department of Agriculture and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.

WIC foods: Mother’s Breastmilk; Infant Formula; Infant Cereal; Infant Fruits and Vegetables; Infant Meats; Milk; Cereal; Whole-grain Bread, Brown Rice, Whole-wheat and Soft-corn Tortillas; Fruits and Vegetables; Juice; Cheese; Tofu; Soy-Based Beverage; Dried or Canned Beans, Peas and Lentils; Peanut Butter; Eggs; Chunk-light Tuna or Salmon
