A special food and nutrition program which promotes good health and nutrition for Women, Infants and Children. WIC can help make your money go further with these healthy foods: milk, juice, cheese, eggs, cereal, peanut butter, canned dried beans, canned fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain breads/tortillas, infant formula and infant foods. WIC can help you learn about nutrition for a healthy pregnancy, breastfeeding, infant feeding, child growth and development, and healthy food choices.
