About this clinic
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a public health program that benefits low- and moderate-income families. Services are available to pregnant and postpartum women with infants and young children up to the age of five who are medically or nutritionally at risk. WIC is a welcoming, friendly atmosphere to learn about the best ways to care for children’s nutritional and health needs. The Brockton WIC program serves about 8000 women, infants, and children annually. Two WIC offices are conveniently located in Brockton on the Brockton Area Transit (BAT) bus lines. A third location is centrally located in Stoughton Center. Culturally sensitive and diverse services are available in a variety of languages, including Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole, and Haitian Creole. There is no cost to families receiving WIC services.
