Ryan Ann Sealy: Good afternoon Carla, My name is Ryan Sealy, and I work for the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board in the environmental health department. I am a current grad student in the American Indian Public Health Program in North Dakota (distance program). As part of my research to increase breastfeeding rates through culturally relevant practices of American Indian women, I am doing an anonymous survey to understand better how to meet the needs of WIC participants. I am working with our IRB department. If you think some women would be interested, I need about 17 surveys and have $25 visa gift cards available. Please contact me with any questions; I plan to start the survey by the end of May. Thank you kindly, Ryan 503-396-8077
